Ordering and Shipping Information
Thank you for considering the purchase of my art. I hope you will find the following information helpful in making this an easy transaction for you.
I have included shipping charges in the price of the art for shipments within the contiguous 48 United States.
If you live outside of this area, please email me to let me know what you decide to purchase and I will email an invoice via Pay-Pal. The invoice will list the artwork and shipping charges to your location. Please include your complete mailing address in your email so the shipping charges can be determined.
Pay-Pal accepts all credit cards even if you do not have an account with them. The invoice will have a Pay-Pal payment button. Clicking it takes you to a secure Pay-Pal payment page. Instructions are included. Review the details of the invoice and click “Pay”. Pay-Pal will notify me that payment has been made. If you have any questions, please contact me before payment.
Once I receive your payment, your order will be shipped through our local shipper, Sedona Services LLC, dba Nationwide Pack & Ship. I will advise you when your order is shipped.
My photos are very accurate although monitors and setups may differ in terms of color. Often the blown-up image colors are more intense than the actual painting.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to me in its original condition within seven days from receipt of the artwork, upon notifying me and requesting a shipping address. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, and repacking it safely and securely. Upon receiving the artwork in its original condition, I will refund your original payment in full. Should there be a dispute, Artspan has a reconciliation procedure to resolve the matter.
